What data I process and why
Google Analytics 4: measures page views, country, device and navigation in aggregate. It only runs if you accept cookies; the legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and you can withdraw it at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: measure visits and performance without cookies and without identifying visitors. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used and how it performs (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
Email: if you write to me, I use your address and the content of your message only to reply. The legal basis is your own request.
Recipients and transfers
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics) process data on behalf of the controller. This may involve transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. I do not share your data with any other third party.
Retention
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months at most. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and for the applicable legal periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to santofimiagraphic@gmail.com. If you think they have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
